How To Check BECE / WASSCE Results / Buy Checker

If you don't want anyone to glance through your personal results, you can do this in the comfort of your home. 

Checking your WAEC or BECE result is now made easy and simple. The West African Examination Council has announced that students can obtain results checker pins. They can also use their mobile money platforms to check their results.  

To purchase the Results Checker Serial and Pin.

Dial *944# and follow the instructions. 

#After that you will receive a text containing the Serial Number and Pin. 

SECOND OPTION FOR BUYING  RESULTS CHECKER

    Dial mobile money short code (*170#)

    Select Momo pay & paybill

    Select Pay bill

    Select General payment

    Answer the prompts as indicated

            Payment Code: monicliq

            Amount: GH¢ 14 

            Reference: WASSCE 

You will be prompted also to provide your MTN mobile money pin in order to authorize the transaction. 

• The Result check voucher will be sent via SMS once payment is confirmed.
  
• The SMS will be sent to the number from which the transaction was initiated.
  
• To send the SMS to an alternate number the reference should be "WAEC ##########" Where ########## is the number the SMS should go to. Please note the space between the WAEC and the phone number
  
• The result check can be used for the examination conducted by waec
• WASSCE
  
• NOV/DEC

IF you do not get the SMS in a timely manner please contact their helpline for any assistance and they will be ready to assist. 

Now you can access the results on your personal Mobile Phone or Personal Computer (PC) with 'internet' connectivity by visiting ghana.waecdirect.org 

BECE candidates can follow the same procedure and should select BECE as Examination Type 

Click on SUBMIT and wait for the results to display on your device.
